Ceramic wear liner adopts a hot vulcanization process to vulcanize wear-resistant ceramic and rubber together to form a ceramic rubber liner, and also backing with steel plate and bolts make it easier to mount. It is used for wear and impact resistance on equipment with large conveying volume, large material and large impact under normal temperature environment. Ceramic wear liner is used to line chutes, hoppers, bunkers and in most places to substantially reduce ore build-up and increase the liner reliability with extended tonnes or millimeter handled.
We offer various specifications and shapes to meet the clients' requirements.

Ceramic Wear Liner is compounded by rubber sheet, flat or spherical tiles and steel plate through hot vulcanizing process, and then use a high-strength organic adhesive to bond the ceramic liner to the inner wall of the steel the equipment to create a strong and cushioning anti-wear layer. Ceramic Wear Liner provides unique resistance to abrasion, while the elastic properties of other materials, like rubber, effectively absorb shock impacts. It combines the advantages of high hardness and wear resistance of ceramics, high impact resistance and elastic properties of rubber, and provide wear protection in the process of conveying bulk materials.
Â
Custom ceramic lining with pre-engineered and standard tiles are available, with the option of using a single or double row depth of ceramic, depending on your application needs. We can manufacture all shapes and sizes of process piping and equipment.
