The three-in-one wear-resistant ceramic rubber composite liner (ceramic+rubber +steel plate) adopts a hot vulcanization process to vulcanize wear-resistant ceramic and rubber together to form a ceramic rubber liner, and also backing with steel plate and bolts make it easier to mount. It is suitable for feeders, chutes, bins, transfer points, in conveyor systems, screen feed plates, mill discharge chutes, bunker etc. The major applicable industries are Coal fired power plants, cement plants, blast furnace plants and host of other industries which requires high impact abrasion resistant surfaces
We offer various specifications and shapes to meet the clients' requirements.

Rubber ceramic liner is compounded by rubber sheet, flat or spherical tiles and steel plate through hot vulcanizing process. And then use a high-strength organic adhesive to bond the ceramic liner to the inner wall of the steel the equipment to create a strong and cushioning anti-wear layer. Rubber ceramic liner a combination of wear resistant alumina ceramic cylinders/ceramic tiles vulcanized in resilient rubber base. The alumina ceramic surface provides exceptional resistance to wear, while the elastic property of the rubber effectively dampens the impact forces which can crack the ceramics.
Â
Steel backing plate and bolts make mount and locate more easily. Rubber ceramic liner can be adjusted easily up or down to achieve the best fit.
Â
It is widely used as a wear-resistant lining on equipment that transports bulk materials, severely worn, and has strong impact in normal temperature environments.
